2. Rising Health Issues: Obesity is leading to early diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart problems — diseases that used to appear only in adults are now seen in school students.
3. Mental Stress: Many overweight teens face body-shaming and low self-esteem, which leads to anxiety, depression, and emotional eating — creating a dangerous cycle.
4. Physical Inactivity: Lack of exercise weakens muscles, joints, and stamina, making even simple activities tiring and reducing overall fitness levels.
5.Future Threat: An unhealthy young generation means a less productive future workforce and a rise in lifestyle-related diseases, putting pressure on families and the healthcare system.
